Kevin L. Reid is a founding member of Titan Development and serves as Chairman of the Board. Raised in Austin, Texas, he graduated from The University of Texas with a professional degree in Architecture with an emphasis on structural engineering. After graduation he worked as an architect in Dallas and Austin, Texas.  In 1999, he founded and still owns Reid and Associates Design Build Construction which is Titan’s strategic partner for design and construction. His  development and construction experience over the last 30 years includes high rise, retail, industrial, multifamily, office, clean room and senior living.  As Chairman, his primary roles include deal structures, investor relations, equity raise and strategic planning.

Ben F. Spencer is a third generation New Mexican. Ben founded Argus Development Company in 1990 which specializes in residential and retail development. Since 1990, Argus has constructed and sold over 3,000 residential lots, primarily in the Albuquerque metropolitan area, and has developed numerous retail projects including La Cueva Town Center (150,000 SF), Riverside Plaza-a mixed use office/retail development (180,000 SF), as well as numerous build-to-suit developments for Starbucks Coffee. For more than ten years, Mr. Spencer was the President of Spencer Investment Company, owners of skilled nursing facilities and specialty hospitals in the state of New Mexico. In 2010, Mr. Spencer sold his company to Fundamental Healthcare.

Drew Dolan is president of Titan Development, an institutional-grade development firm headquartered in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Drew’s role includes investment structuring, investor relations and debt and equity procurement. With Drew’s oversight, Titan’s development deals have returned an average IRR of 19% to investors. Drew’s passion for delivering stronger returns to Titan’s investors recently led to the development and launch of the Titan Development Real Estate Fund 1, a mixed asset class portfolio of multi-family, industrial, senior living, self-storage and opportunistic projects. Drew also led the creation of a multifamily development partnership in New Mexico between Titan Development and Alliance Residential Company, which has resulted in 19% Investor Rate of Return (IRR.) Drew also plans to continue his work in the senior living segment and is dedicated to building another 1,000 units for our community.

Kurt Browning is Chief Development Officer and Partner with Titan Development and has twenty years of real estate development experience including raw/developed land, acquisitions, dispositions, design-build lease-backs, and redevelopments. He manages all development processes, entitlements, budgeting, design-construction management, as well as joint venture structure and opportunistic acquisitions focusing on all land uses. Kurt contributes with financing, equity and debt structuring throughout the development process. A graduate of Texas Tech University, Kurt has overseen over $750M in total development. His familiarity and relationships with all municipal, State and government officials, in multiple jurisdictions are unparalleled creating a strong development platform for Titan.

Chris Pacheco obtained his BA from New Mexico Highlands University in 1993 and his JD from the University of New Mexico School of Law in 1996. Chris has extensive experience in structuring, negotiating and consummating multi-million dollar business and real estate transactions.  Mr. Pacheco has been recognized in the Best Lawyers in America in the specialty of real estate each year since 2008 and, since 2002, has been in included in Strathmore's Who's Who.  Chris also remains very active in the community.  Mr. Pacheco is on the Board of Directors of the University of New Mexico Medical Group and the Sandia Foundation.  Mr. Pacheco was appointed by Governor Martinez to the New Mexico Human Rights Commission and currently serves as Vice-Chair of the Committee.

Coe Schlicher currently serves as the CFO and CIO at Titan Development. His role includes oversight and development of Titan’s mixed asset class offering, as well as macroeconomic and market analysis. Mr. Schlicher uses his financial and business expertise to provide insight into emerging market trends and progressive investment strategies for the U.S. markets. Starting his career more than 15 years ago as an entrepreneur, Coe has since steadily progressed in various senior leadership and management positions as CFO, SVP and CIO. Coe has a broad and deep knowledge of the banking, engineering, lending and healthcare segments. Mr. Schlicher received his MBA from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management and graduated with a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis.

Julie Ferguson serves various functions at Titan Senior Living; new site selection in the southwest and west, asset management and development manager for New Mexico. Julie graduated from the Berger Entrepreneurship Program and has her Masters in Business Administration, both from the University of Arizona. Upon graduation, Julie went to work for The Fountains; a senior housing owner, developer and operator for 11 years aiding in their growth from two properties to eighteen properties. She spent four years with Jonathan Rose Companies’ Albuquerque office developing low income housing tax credit projects in downtown Albuquerque. Prior to joining Titan she worked for Real Estate Advisors and CBRE as a commercial broker. Julie serves on the Urban Land Institute Managing Committee for New Mexico and is a LEED Accredited Professional.

As Executive Director of Development, Charlie is responsible for all senior development operations including early diligence, underwriting, acquisitions, design and development of new Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care communities around the United States. Prior to joining Titan, Charlie spent 16 years sourcing and executing the development of hotels, retail and urban mixed use projects. Charlie is a 3rd generation native of San Antonio and a licensed architect in Texas and Colorado. He also currently serves on the national senior housing committee for the Urban Land Institute as well as the advisory council of the School of Architecture at UT Austin.

Matt Lammers has managed over 2.4 million square feet of commercial properties in New Mexico, Texas, Arizona, California, Utah and Georgia.  In 1998, Matt, with a strong background in management, helped form Terranet Investments which then developed The Village at Riverwoods and The Shops at Riverwoods, a mixed use (residential/retail/office) property.  Matt joined Titan Development in 2003 and is a licensed Real Estate Broker in New Mexico and a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks.

Lindsey has a decade of experience in the finance industry, including mergers and acquisitions that have added over $1.5 billion in assets to stakeholders. She has expertise in forecasting, market and competitive analyses, and financial strategy. Lindsey has overseen M&A transactions increasing return on assets to shareholders by over 2.5 times post-integration. Previously, she has developed a fundraising model for over $85 million in raised capital for commercial developments in California. Lindsey holds two Master’s degrees: an MS in Operations Research from Columbia University in the City of New York and an MBA from the University of New Mexico. Lindsey is also a graduate of Leadership Albuquerque, a yearlong program in issues impacting the New Mexico economy.

As Human Resources Manager, Ms. Basquez’s role includes managing all aspects of human resources, IT and general office management. She leads the function at the Albuquerque headquarters as well as the San Antonio and Austin, Texas offices. Rebecca’s past work experience includes a range of advocacy/client service roles. At Alliance Data Services, she managed external and internal client communications, led cross-functional teams, and assisted with new hires. Known as a motivated team player, she received Alliance Data’s “President’s Circle” award for her exceptionally strong improvements in performance and contributions to the corporate culture.Rebecca graduated with honors from the UNM Anderson School of Management with a concentration in Human Resources and Entrepreneurial studies and a BBA.

Prior to joining Titan, Darin was Senior Vice President with the Covington Group and was responsible for industrial acquisitions in the Midwest and Northeast regions of the US for the private-equity real estate investment fund. Prior to Covington he was First Vice President of Capital Deployment for Prologis where he was responsible for development and acquisition activities in the Midwest region of the US including market strategy & analysis, financial underwriting, broadening relationships within the brokerage community, land acquisitions and acting project executive on all development transactions. Since 1998, Darin has acquired and developed over 25 million square feet of industrial and office properties at an aggregate cost of over $800 Million. Darin graduated from the University of Colorado in Boulder and holds a real estate broker license in Ohio and Kentucky.

Prior to receiving an Architecture degree from The University of Texas at Arlington, Kevin was an Aviation Ordnance Second Class Petty Officer in the United States Navy, where he helped complete the construction and commissioning of the USS George Washington aircraft carrier. Kevin comes to Titan from Greystone, an industry leader in not-for-profit senior living, where he served as Vice President of Development Services and was instrumental in the design, development, and construction oversight of $500 MM of senior living developments across the country. Kevin has also held positions as a Construction Manager, Owner’s Representative, and Architectural Project Manager in various markets including aviation, multifamily, and resort/hospitality where he completed over $2.5B in construction projects.

Josh is Titan Development’s primary site selector for multi-family deals.  He is responsible for completing proformas and managing the development process of each multi-family project. Josh has a Masters in architecture and BBA in marketing. He has been with Titan for 2.5 years and brings a unique background to the development process. Josh is the current NM NAIOP Developing Leaders Chair and is heavily involved in the charity RunFit.

Brian Patterson, a native New Mexican, is responsible for all aspects of development project management including; due diligence, design, entitlement work, acquisitions, construction oversight, and dispositions.  Brian holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of New Mexico.  He spent nine years with Bohannan Huston Inc. as a licensed professional engineer gaining extensive experience in developing and managing master planned communities, commercial developments, & infrastructure improvements.  He is a current member of NAIOP and is involved in the Developing Leaders program.

Brian Vita serves as Project Manager for Titan Senior Living in San Antonio, TX. Prior to joining Titan in 2014, Brian was one of the original members of ARA’s Manufactured Housing Group headquartered in Austin. There, he focused on private client services transactions and the financial analysis of every community reviewed by the group. In 2008, Brian began his career with a local development company, where he managed the completion of a 169-unit multifamily project in downtown Austin. He attended The University of Texas at Austin and graduated with a BBA in Finance-Real Estate from the McCombs School of Business.

Yolanda A Hernandez is a native New Mexican.  She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting from the University of New Mexico and graduated with a Master’s of Business, Technology from the University of Phoenix.  Her past accounting experience has been in the manufacturing industry, to include nine years as a Regional Business Unit Controller.   She has experience in financial system implementations and business process improvements.  She has participated in and was a member of Vistage International.

John Holtz is a Certified Public Accountant and received his BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Oregon State University.  He has recently joined Titan Development upon relocating from Eugene, Oregon.   There, he spent the past four years as the CFO of an Oregon real estate development company.  Prior to that, as the Controller of a property management company charged with 51 senior living centers located throughout the country.  Mr. Holtz started his career working in public accounting in Boston, Massachusetts and with the international accounting firm Coopers and Lybrand in Portland, Oregon.

A native New Mexican, Ryan McCulloch joined Titan in 2014 in the San Antonio, TX office as a Project Manager and then Brand Manager for Titan Senior Living. As Senior Development Associate, Ryan’s responsibilities include all phases of development from: site acquisition and feasibility, design and permitting, and project management during construction. Ryan received his 5-year Bachelor of Architecture degree from The University of Texas at Austin, as well as his Business Foundations Certificate from the McCombs School of Business. Previously he worked as an Architectural Assistant at Grimshaw Architects in London. During college, Ryan spent a semester touring Western Europe, with the School of Architecture, in conjunction with architecture courses in Paris.

As Property Manager, Ms. Sandoval’s role includes managing commercial and retail properties, maintaining building systems, securing properties and overseeing communication with tenants. She also manages various financial aspects of properties. Megan’s past work experience includes overseeing, administrating and directing operations of commercial/land properties - including finance management, leasing, insurance, tenant, sales, acquisitions, maintenance and physical condition inspections. She also has more than seven years in experience in national retail store management, including direct supervision of employees, administration, HR, customer service and sales. Ms. Sandoval received an Associates in Business Management Degree from CNM and is currently working towards a degree in Business Administration from the University of New Mexico.

Alex Gerber serves as the Director of Development for Titan Development. Alex attended Southern Methodist University where he received a BS in economics. After college, Alex worked for Dallas based Direct Development where he became the Vice President and was involved in the development of over 3 million square feet of retail shopping centers throughout Texas. In 2009, Alex co-founded Cobalt Real Estate Services, LLC which has become one of the largest parking lot Service companies in Texas and continues to act as CEO. Alex is a licensed real estate broker in Texas.
