Kevin L. Reid is a founding member of Titan Development and serves as Chairman of the Board. Raised in Austin, Texas, he graduated from The University of Texas with a professional degree in Architecture with an emphasis on structural engineering. After graduation he worked as an architect in Dallas and Austin, Texas.  In 1999, he founded and still owns Reid and Associates Design Build Construction which is Titan’s strategic partner for design and construction. His development and construction experience over the last 30 years includes high rise, retail, industrial, multifamily, office, clean room and senior living.  As Chairman, his primary roles include deal structures, investor relations, equity raise and strategic planning.

Ben Spencer

Ben F. Spencer is a third generation New Mexican. Ben founded Argus Development Company in 1990 which specializes in residential and retail development. Since 1990, Argus has constructed and sold over 3,000 residential lots, primarily in the Albuquerque metropolitan area, and has developed numerous retail projects including La Cueva Town Center (150,000 SF), Riverside Plaza-a mixed use office/retail development (180,000 SF), as well as numerous build-to-suit developments for Starbucks Coffee. For more than ten years, Mr. Spencer was the President of Spencer Investment Company, owners of skilled nursing facilities and specialty hospitals in the state of New Mexico. In 2010, Mr. Spencer sold his company to Fundamental Healthcare.

Kurt Browning is Chief Development Officer and Partner with Titan Development and has twenty years of real estate development experience including raw/developed land, acquisitions, dispositions, design-build lease-backs, and redevelopments. He manages all development processes, entitlements, budgeting, design-construction management, as well as joint venture structure and opportunistic acquisitions focusing on all land uses. Kurt contributes with financing, equity and debt structuring throughout the development process. A graduate of Texas Tech University, Kurt has overseen over $750M in total development. His familiarity and relationships with all municipal, State and government officials, in multiple jurisdictions are unparalleled creating a strong development platform for Titan.

Drew Dolan

Drew is a real estate investment and development professional with twenty years of experience raising capital contributions, acquisitions, project design and construction, and securing permanent financing from local and national lending institutions. Drew manages investment structure, investor relations, and debt/equity procurement for Titan Development Real Estate Fund I (TDREF I). Drew led the creation of a multifamily development partnership between the TDREF I development team and Alliance Residential Company. Drew has also championed a growing self-storage portfolio by establishing a strategic relationship with Extra Space Storage.

Chris Pacheco

Chris Pacheco obtained his BA from New Mexico Highlands University in 1993 and his JD from the University of New Mexico School of Law in 1996. Chris has extensive experience in structuring, negotiating and consummating multi-million dollar business and real estate transactions.  Mr. Pacheco has been recognized in the Best Lawyers in America in the specialty of real estate each year since 2008 and, since 2002, has been in included in Strathmore’s Who’s Who.  Chris also remains very active in the community.  Mr. Pacheco is on the Board of Directors of the University of New Mexico Medical Group and the Sandia Foundation.  Mr. Pacheco was appointed by Governor Martinez to the New Mexico Human Rights Commission and currently serves as Vice-Chair of the Committee.

John Holtz

John Holtz is a Certified Public Accountant and received his BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Oregon State University.  He has recently joined Titan Development upon relocating from Eugene, Oregon.   There, he spent the past four years as the CFO of an Oregon real estate development company.  Prior to that, as the Controller of a property management company charged with 51 senior living centers located throughout the country.  Mr. Holtz started his career working in public accounting in Boston, Massachusetts and with the international accounting firm Coopers and Lybrand in Portland, Oregon.

As a senior accountant at Titan Development since 2017, Adam’s responsibilities include the Self-Storage and Industrial asset classes. He attended New Mexico State University where he graduated with a Bachelors of Accountancy and a Masters of Accountancy. After graduation he joined a regional CPA firm doing tax and assurance services and then joined the tax department for Gemini Rosemont Commercial Real Estate.[

Matt Lammers

Matt Lammers has managed over 2.4 million square feet of commercial properties in New Mexico, Texas, Arizona, California, Utah and Georgia.  In 1998, Matt, with a strong background in management, helped form Terranet Investments which then developed The Village at Riverwoods and The Shops at Riverwoods, a mixed use (residential/retail/office) property.  Matt joined Titan Development in 2003 and is a licensed Real Estate Broker in New Mexico and a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks.

Joe Iannacone

Joe started at Titan in early 2018 and is responsible for sourcing and project management of commercial real estate development projects. His experience in construction contributed to his career, working with various nationwide development companies over the years. Most recently, Joe worked for SunCap Property Group and Mowery Development in Colorado. He attended Colorado State University, where he received his Bachelor of Science in Construction Management.

Josh has been with Titan Development since 2013, where he leads all of Titan’s mixed-use and multi-family opportunities. He is responsible for the selection of all potential multi-family deals and manages Titan’s extensive pipeline of multi-family and mixed-use projects. Josh has created over $200 million in development opportunities for Titan. He has a Masters in architecture and BBA in marketing. His charitable contributions include running Polly’s Run which has created an endowment of over $200,000 for pancreatic cancer research.

Joining Titan Development in 2015, Brian is the Director of Development for Self-Storage for Titan and works in due diligence, design, entitlement work, acquisitions, construction oversight, and dispositions. Brian has extensive experience developing and managing master planned communities, commercial developments, and infrastructure improvements. Brian has a Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and is also a licensed professional engineer. He is a current member of commercial real estate organization NAIOP and is involved in their Developing Leaders program.

Ian Robertson joined Titan Development in 2017. Ian is responsible for Titan Development’s marketing strategy, content creation, product launches and events, integrated marketing, brand management, and execution of all investor touch points. He is also involved in branding and web content for new properties. In addition, Ian leads Titan Development’s communications and public relations effort. Prior to joining Titan Development, Ian was the Marketing Manager for Perkins Eastman’s global Healthcare design and planning practice based in New York. He also previously worked for Rafael Viñoly Architects and Brooks Atwood Design. Ian studied Architecture at the University of Texas School of Architecture (UTSOA), received a Business Foundation Certificate from the McCombs School of Business through the Halliburton Business Foundations program, and studied Fine Art at the prestigious California Institute of the Arts.

As Director of Property Management, Megan’s role includes managing commercial and retail properties, maintaining building systems, securing properties and overseeing communication with tenants. She also manages various financial aspects of properties. Megan’s past work experience includes overseeing, administrating and directing operations of commercial/land properties – including finance management, leasing, insurance, tenant, sales, acquisitions, maintenance and physical condition inspections. She also has more than seven years in experience in national retail store management, including direct supervision of employees, administration, HR, customer service and sales. Megan received an Associates in Business Management Degree from CNM and is currently working towards a degree in Business Administration from the University of New Mexico. She is also pursuing her Associate Broker’s License

Aimeé González obtained her BA in International Business and Economics, with honors, from New Mexico State University in 2004 and her JD from the University of New Mexico School of Law in 2008. Camilla Gurule obtained her BA in Classical Arts, cum laude, from New Mexico State University in 2013 and her JD from the University of New Mexico School of Law in 2017. As Construction Manager for Titan Development, Lori oversees ongoing construction of projects for Titan Development. Lori specializes in project management techniques to oversee the planning, design, and construction of projects, from beginning to end. Before Titan, she worked at Cholla Properties as Associate Broker and was Construction Project Manager at Norm Wilson and Sons. Lori attended California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, where she received her Bachelor of Applied Science in Communication Arts.

Bob Kearney

Robert Kearney, a native from Philadelphia, served for nearly 26 years in the United States Army. He retired from active duty in 2003 reaching the rank of Command Sergeant Major. His construction management experience includes the management of numerous projects that spanned over 9 years while working for Nenana Lumber Company in Fairbanks, Alaska. This work included all facades of construction from renovations to commercial construction in one of the harshest environments with temperatures. Robert previously working for Lend Lease as a Construction Manager for both new construction and renovations of their hotel portfolio that supported the Army’s Privatized Army Lodging (PAL) program.

Emiliano attended The University of Texas at San Antonio where he received a BS in Civil Engineering. After college, Emiliano worked as a civil engineer in the central Texas market designing various municipal, commercial, residential and industrial projects.  Prior to joining the Titan Team, Emiliano was Director of land development for a national builder where he managed all development processes, entitlements, budgeting, & design-construction management for the San Antonio division. Emiliano is a licensed Professional Engineer in Texas.

Erika Zahnle

As a Senior Accountant at Titan Development since May 2018, Erika is responsible for all aspects of accounting, coordinating and verifying a wide range of practices. Before her time at Titan, she did construction accounting for 10 years, followed by owning her own accounting firm for nearly 20 years. Erika received her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting at Northeastern Illinois University.

As Titan Development’s Staff Accountant, Veronica supports the team through report preparation, account reconciliation and various information coordination from a variety of sources to ensure the utmost accuracy. Prior to starting at Titan in 2016, she lived in Montrose, Colorado, working for a Rock Drill Manufacturer in various positions. Veronica has a Bachelor’s degree in business administration and is taking classes to complete her CPA Certificate program.
