A ceremonial groundbreaking was held Wednesday for CelLink Corporation's new manufacturing facility in Georgetown to produce flexible circuits used in electric vehicles and battery storage units. The new site will be at the Gateway35 Commerce Center, a 114-acre industrial park located between I-35 and SH 130.

Titan Breaks Ground on Vineyard-Themed Luxury Apartments in Albuquerque

Titan Development (“Titan”), the Southwest’s leading
full-service real estate development and private equity real estate firm, has broken ground on Allaso
Vineyards, a 111-unit Class A multifamily project located in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The 123,000
square foot project, which was announced in September 2021, will take approximately 14 months to complete.

Titan Breaks Ground on Suburban Industrial Complex

November 2021 - CoStar

Titan Development is underway on a new industrial park in suburban Austin, Texas.

Located in Georgetown, the Gateway35 Commerce Center is set to be a master-planned park developed in two phases on 114 acres at the intersection of Interstate 35 and State Highway 130.

Titan broke ground this month on the first phase of the park, a 294,297-square-foot, speculative project designed to accommodate a number of uses including light manufacturing and distribution. The cross-docked facility is set to feature a 36-foot clear height, 94 loading docks, four drive-in bays and 220 car parking spaces.

Selma: Titan Industrial Park to Add Selma Building 2 This Summer

An Atlanta-based industrial real estate developer will be starting construction on its Selma Building 2 in Titan Industrial Park toward the end of this summer. The scope of work involved construction of a 305,172 square-foot unoccupied, shell warehouse building.
