Hutto City Council approves agreement for manufacturing plant Ovivo

On Thursday evening, the Hutto City Council approved an agreement to bring global water treatment company Ovivo to Hutto. The 110,000 square foot facility will help bring nearly 100 new jobs to Hutto, the City said. Ovivo will build and operate the manufacturing plant at the Innovation Business Park, led by Titan Development in partnership with the City of Hutto.

Georgetown: Industrial Developer Set for 85-Acre Business Park Project

A New Mexico-based industrial developer received approval on their preliminary plat for a business park development during Tuesday’s meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission. The 85.7-acre property, Titan Gateway 35, is undeveloped and located at 2550 North Interstate 35, in the southeast quadrant of the Interstate 35 and SH 130 Toll intersection, in the northeast portion of the city.

California Door Manufacturer Plans First Expansion With Texas Facility

Titan Development is launching a 100-acre second phase of a business park in Hutto, Texas, in a project that is stirring up further growth of industrial and manufacturing activity north of Austin. The developer has signed a deal for a build-to-suit facility at Innovation Business Park for door manufacturer Kval’s first expansion outside of its home turf in California.
