Watercrest Columbia is a 92,289 sf, 107 unit assisted living and memory care community. This community will incorporate 75 assisted living units with a mixture of studio, one bedroom and two-bedroom units, as well as 32 memory care units.

The assisted living common area includes a salon, bar area, private dining, community dining, children’s play area, therapy room and an exterior fountain and outdoor pool. The memory care common area incorporates the Market Street concept with a family room, salon, bakery and public dining area. The apartments in the Watercrest communities are larger with a higher end finish level such as tile showers and granite counter tops.

The proposed site is approximately 1.5 miles west of the Village at Sandhill, a 300-acre multi-phase lifestyle center development that incorporates streetscape character with specialty retailers and restaurants intermingled among residential, professional, and recreational settings.
