Bryan Baynton

Director of Acquisitions & Development

Bryan is responsible for acquisition and development of new land opportunities throughout Texas, Florida, and other targeted industrial markets. In addition to sourcing new opportunities, he also manages the leasing and disposition of buildings in Titan’s existing industrial portfolio. Bryan is active in the Austin commercial real estate industry and serves as a board director for the Austin NAIOP chapter. Bryan holds bachelor’s degrees in Finance and Energy Management from the University of Tulsa and received his MBA from the University of Denver.
