Erika is Controller of Titan Development and has been with the company since 2018. She is responsible for directing the key financial aspects of Titan’s Multi-Family and Industrial properties. Her responsibilities include monthly financial statements and reports, cash planning, real estate property accounting, property sale analysis, and other aspects of accounting. Erika received her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting at Northeastern Illinois University. She has been a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the state of New Mexico since 2020. Before joining Titan, she was in the construction accounting industry for 10 years, followed by owning her own accounting firm for nearly 20 years. She is currently pursuing a certification in Financial Modeling & Valuation Analysis.
