Matt joined Titan Development in 2003 and currently leads development and operations of Titan hospitality projects, along with focusing on mixed-use and residential development, and asset management of operating properties. Matt has extensive experience in asset management and operations across all asset classes, having managed over five million square feet of property. Matt’s expertise in project management, dispositions, and business plan development supports the achievement of financial and operational goals. Prior to joining Titan, Matt worked for Federal Realty Investment Trust and Terranomics Retail Services. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from California State University, Fresno. Matt is currently a member of NAIOP, a Commercial Real Estate Development Association.
