As Director of Property Management, Megan’s role includes managing commercial and retail properties, maintaining building systems, securing properties, and overseeing communication with tenants. She also manages various financial aspects of properties. Megan’s past work experience includes overseeing, administrating, and directing operations of commercial/land properties. She also has more than seven years in experience in national retail store management, including direct supervision of employees, administration, HR, customer service and sales. She is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), where she is currently working toward becoming a Certified Property Manager (CPM). Megan received an Associates in Business Management Degree from CNM and is currently pursuing her bachelor’s degree in business administration from the Western New Mexico University.
