Sal Perdomo

Director of Acquisitions and Development

Sal is responsible for Titan Development’s land acquisitions and new market expansions, as well as managing and assisting with industrial build-to-suit and speculative development projects. His background in economic development, city planning, and commercial real estate brokerage allows him to navigate complex projects with a comprehensive understanding of the industry. Prior to joining Titan, he worked as a commercial real estate broker for CBRE, a Fortune 500 company, and has professional experience in urban planning and land entitlement. Sal holds bachelor’s degrees in Urban Studies and Business Administration - Finance from Trinity University in San Antonio, TX. He currently serves as a board member of NAIOP New Mexico and is a founding board member of Generation Elevate New Mexico, a pro-growth advocacy organization. In 2022, he was a national recipient of the NAIOP Developing Leader of the Year Award, becoming the first New Mexican to receive this honor.
